New Hours


Telehealth calls are taken 7 days a week. Office hours are for Friday and the first Saturday of the month. Home visits are scheduled as needed. 


CDL physicals are provided to Local 769 members at the Union Hall in Gilbert on Sundays of the Union Meetings. All other drivers are by appointment at our new Mesa location. 


Office Hours are subject to change and may be open earlier or later to meet the needs of CDL drivers.
